  • Where are you located? We do not have a showroom. We are an internet based store only. You may view our entire selection online.

    How do I place an order?

    Orders can be placed via our secure website 24 hours 7 days a week. To place an order on our website, find the items you would like to purchase and add them to your cart. When you have selected all of your items, proceed to checkout. There you can follow the steps to fill out information needed to process your order.


    What methods of payment do you accept?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. You may also place an order using your Paypal account.


                                                 


     


    Is there a minimum order requirement?

    There is no minimum order required. To order a sample - just order a quantity of "one". Please be aware that some items are sold in sets.


    How long does an order take to process?

    Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Personalized orders may process in 5-7 business days.


    When will my items ship out to me?

    Most orders will ship within 7 business days. Personalized items usually ship within 10 business days.


    When will I receive my order?

    Most orders are received within 4-7 business days. Personalized items may take up to 14 days. Some of our suppliers ship directly to you. If you have multiple items on your order you may receive your order in multiple shipments. If you have not received regular orders in 10 business days, please email us for fast assistance.


    What shipping methods do you use?

    Wedding Favors Just 4U uses UPS  for most of our shipping. We also use USPS and FedEx.  You must enter a physical address as your shipping address. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO's.


    How much are my shipping charges?

    Shipping charges will automatically calculate at checkout. Rates are based on the total weight of your package and the postal code being shipped to.


    Do you ship internationally?

    At this time, we can only ship to the U.S. and Canada.


    Will I receive email confirmation of my order?

    When your order has been processed and shipped, we will send you an email containing your UPS tracking number.


    How do I cancel an order?

    You may change or cancel an order as long as the order has not been processed or shipped by contacting us at info@weddingfavorsjust4u.com. Once the order has been processed, personalized items cannot be changed or cancelled.


    Can you rush my order?

    We offer several  forms of expedited shipping through UPS. In most instances, we are able to ship within 24 to 72 hours. Please contact us by email at info@weddingfavorsjust4u.com or by phone at 770-635-7641 after placing a rush order. We respond quickly by email or phone to let you know the status of your order.


    How do I return an item?

    If you need to return or exchange an item, please send an email to info@weddingfavorsjust4u.com or call us at 770-635-7641 within 7 days of receiving your order for authorization. You may not return or exchange any item that has been personalized or is edible. We will accept authorized returns and exchanges within 7 days as long as the items are unused and in the original package. You will receive a refund for returned items minus the cost of shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


    Is there a restocking fee?

    There is no restocking fee.


    Do you charge sales tax?

    Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Georgia (7%). All other states and countries are exempt.
